Esther is a Clinical Research Coordinator providing support for investigators with non-cancer clinical trial studies. She manages multiple studies from initiation at the protocol development level or IRB submission, all the way to completion and data analysis.
Esther completed her Master in Chronic Disease Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health in 2016, which trains researchers on epidemiologic research methods with a focus on biostatistics. Her research background is in sexual and reproductive health and she has worked on large scale population research projects on maternal and adolescent health in South Africa, HPV vaccination effectiveness in Connecticut, and HIV criminalization in Georgia. Esther also gained an appreciation for interdisciplinary work as a student director for the Yale Global Health Justice Partnership, working alongside students from various schools like Law and Medicine on global sexual and reproductive health topics.
