For USC Faculty/Students/Staff/Residents and Fellows

Log in using your USC username and password (aka Net ID). The username is the part before the '@' in your @usc.edu email address (username@usc.edu). USC usernames do not use @med.usc.edu.

Please verify that you are able to login to iStar (https://istar.usc.edu) with your USC Net ID prior to attempting to login to REDCap. If you can login to iStar, you can now login to REDcap.

If you have a USC Net ID and cannot login to iStar, please email your USC Net ID (not numeric) to support@sc-ctsi.org and request to be added to the REDCap inclusion group. Once you receive notification that you have been added to the inclusion group, you should be able to login to REDCap.
