Instructions for using flyer templates:
- You must first create a free Canva account to access these templates. *Note: You do not need Canva Pro to use these templates*.
- Click on the link below for the desired template, then click on File (located at the top left of Canva) and then Make a copy.
*Please make a copy FIRST before editing it!* - The template will be locked. To unlock the document after making your copy, click on the *lock* icon just above the template.
- Once you’ve made your edits, to download the completed flyer, click on Share located in the top right corner, then click on Download, and change the file type to the preferred file format. PDF Standard is recommended if you are using active links in your flyer.
- Note: Please send the flyer to SC CTSI Communications for approval before disseminating it so we can stay consistent and uniform.

A Quick Response (QR) code is an image that people can scan with a mobile phone to connect to a website. You can add the SC CTSI QR code image and a short description (e.g., Scan this QR barcode with your phone to learn more about SC CTSI!) to print materials, posters, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, business cards, name tags, and mail campaigns. Recommended minimum dimensions: 1.25" x 1.25" plus 0.2" margin.
Colors for the web and for print operate under different models. Please use the following:
- Web: The RGB and HEX color spaces are designed for viewing on a screen or internal documents.
- Print: The Pantone and CMYK color spaces are designed for commercially printed items.
