Human Resources & Operations Coordinator
SC CTSI Role
Ashleigh will support SC CTSI teams in human resources and operations activities, with primary focus on staff recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. Ashleigh recently served as the Lead Human Resources Coordinator for the USC Cancer Center and previously supported the SC CTS as the Business/Budget Technician. - Human Resources, Recruitment, and Onboarding: Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel actions; assist in developing and managing job postings; work with managers and new team members during onboarding to ensure timely and welcoming experience for all; serve as liaison with USC HR and Compensation on all human resources activities.
- Operations and Engagement: Support SC CTSI leaders and staff on increasing employee engagement and retention, and professional development opportunities through monthly workshops, individual skill development and mentorship.
- Payroll and WorkDay Support: Work with USC financial and payroll offices, WorkDay and University systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll, effort certification, and compensation activities.
