SC CTSI Role
Ms. Manrique supports several initiatives including developing onsite educational programs and self-study modules, supporting undergraduate and graduate students conducting regulatory science research, and managing regulatory consultations requested through CTSI. Ultimately, aiming to expand expertise among the clinical research workforce, improve the quality of investigator-initiated trials at USC and other institutions, and provide training for future talent pool.

Professional Background
Ms. Manrique holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Southern California. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology with a minor in Studio Art from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining RKS, Ms. Manrique worked as a clinical research coordinator for USC’s Surgical Research Unit, focusing mostly on Vascular Surgery studies. This included PI-initiated, NIH, and industry sponsored trials.

Traveling, trying new restaurants, and community engagement through volunteering.
