September 1, 2020 : 3:00pm - 5:00pm PDT

Online Webinar

Event Details

According to several organizations like APA, and the CDC, resiliency is defined as "bouncing back" and demonstrating adaptive functioning during adversity.  During COVID, and the socio-political climate we see these concepts are even more pertinent to maintaining our wellbeing during these challenging times.  This discussion will look at how we can practice, as well as educate our patients and communities about how to intentionally apply practical skills and strategies that lead to resiliency and thriving.  The skills and discussions will help us focus on how to thrive while surviving during these trying times.
