Digital Scholar Webinar: Open Source Tools for Document Review and Data Extraction

October 5, 2022 : 12:00pm - 1:00pm PDT

Virtual Event

Event Details

During this 60-minute webinar, we will discuss how Sysrev.com integrates machine learning with document review. This platform is now evolving into SRVC (Sysrev Version Control), an open source, modular document review tool. Document review tools help practitioners to synthesize new data, usually by linking structured data to unstructured documents. Biobricks.ai helps to distribute these data sources via a package manager for data.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Build a document review
  • List the principles of open source review, and how document review principles can be extended with modular, polyglot code.
  • Access, build, and distribute informatics resources through biobricks.ai.

Speakers:

Dr. Thomas Luechtefeld
