Online webinar

Event Details

Overview:

Although researchers rely on volunteers to complete their studies, in most cases, they do not return results to participants promptly or at all. When they do, the language is often complex and full of jargon, which is not easily understood by laypeople.
In this 60-minute webinar, our facilitator discusses the importance of returning results to participants, strategies for doing so effectively and easily, and novel ways to present complex information and data to the lay public.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this webinar you will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of returning results to research participants.
  • Implement strategies for effectively communicating research results back to participants promptly.
  • Practice applying strategies to your research and receive immediate feedback.
  • Receive templates and other free resources.
