 Identify how high‐power and low‐power experiences pose unique threats to ethical conduct.
 Describe the challenges from the perspectives of a low‐power actor, a high‐power actor, and an
organizational leader.
 Outline a plan for how individuals and groups can take action to build a culture of
accountability.
