Event Details

As major funding agencies are increasingly expecting stakeholder engagement in the research process, this symposium will go over ways of entwining traditional research methods of engagement with current technological trends. Topics include: 

  • Regulatory and ethical issues in the use of virtual platforms for stakeholder engagement
  • Issues in the collection, validation, and analysis of data obtained via virtual platforms
  • Methods for establishing consensus and agreement when using virtual platforms for stakeholder engagement in research
