The objective of this study is to improve the surgical evaluation of obstructive sleep apnea. We will perform a cross-sectional analysis comparing findings of drug-induced sleep endoscopy and upper airway volumetric magnetic resonance imaging in 40 adults with obstructive sleep apnea. This analysis will inform surgical evaluation and the anatomic basis of upper airway obstruction, with implications for understanding this disorder and improving treatment outcomes.
