Simultaneous evaluations of chromatin accessibility and DNA methylation in renal cell carcinoma by a newly developed assay, AcceSssIble.
Aim 1: Confirming that the AcceSssIble assay can be performed on fresh, frozen, formalin preserved primary RCC tumors.
Aim 2: Establishing a profile of chromatin accessibility and DNA methylation changes and identifying candidate epigenetic driver genes in renal cell carcinoma.
