The first USC retreat on translational medicine focusing on Neuroplasticity and Repair, is being held in collaboration with the Center for Drug Discovery and Development. Its focus is to encourage new translational and collaborative research groups who share a common interest in identifying and evaluating new therapeutics in brain and neurological disorders. The list of attendees represent a wide spectrum of disciplines at USC including Neurology, Pharmacy, Radiology, Cell and Neurobiology, Zikha Neurogenetics INstitute, Psychiatry, Pathology, Biokinesiology, Psychology, Chemistry, Neuroscience graduate program, and several USC undergraduate programs.
