About this Webinar

During this 2-hour session, we introduce the principles of design thinking as well as give examples of how and why it is being used today.

Design Thinking is a creative approach to problem solving utilized across industries by many of today's most innovative and competitive companies and organizations.

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

• Describe the iterative five-step design thinking process and its application in research and problem solving.
• Apply design thinking principles and activities to a given challenge.
