Participants will learn about Patrick Lencioni’s widely distributed team-building model outlined in The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team: A fable. Throughout the fable, the five dysfunctions of the fictional team become evident as the new CEO tries to employ Lencioni’s team-building model. This workshop provides an overview of The 5 Dysfunctions Model and discusses how the interlinking components work together to make healthy teams and organizations.
