This workshop introduces participants to using the online platform PRISM as a tool to help them racially diversify the higher education workforce and presents a case study of how the SC Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) uses PRISM, along with other strategies, to recruit, support, and retain diverse researchers.

Lead presenter: Katherine Guevara, Associate Director of Clinical and Translational Research Education Programs, Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute.
