How to access content on the SC CTSI Google Shared Drive

All about Private folders

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRIVATE FOLDERS: In the video, I show it briefly, but didn't specifically mention that when you share content from within your Private folder, you will already see the Drive Managers in the Shared list. That is intentional. Comprised mostly of the Directors Team, the Drive Managers have access to all content on the Shared Google Drive, so that SC CTSI as an organization can always access important material in the event of the content owner's unavailability.
