Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research (CTR)* | In-depth investigator training leading to a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research. This program is designed for medical students, fellows, health professionals, faculty members, and scientists who are involved in clinical research. The goal is to equip participants with the skills needed to translate discoveries in clinical, biomedical, and technological fields into advancements in population-based, clinical, or basic science research. | |
Other Professional Schools | Current hands-on internships for Master of Public Health students at USC and other local colleges. Five to ten students are embedded in SC CTSI teams each semester, with assignments aligned to their graduate program. | |
Clinical and Postdoctoral Fellows | 16-week course providing a foundation in translational research design for early-career individuals (e.g., fellows and residents) and those with mixed research/clinical goals (e.g., co-investigators). | |
Eight-part, 23-hour program for translational researchers and healthcare providers (e.g., students, fellows and residents) addressing the knowledge-to-practice gap in healthcare delivery. Participants earn a badge per course and a certificate on completing the full program. | ||
