OVERVIEW: The Workforce Development (WD) core within SC CTSI offers a series of seminars geared toward research career development. Their seminars cover a range of topics and content, from scientific communication to academic advancement and team science. From 2010-2020, almost 1,459 people have attended their seminars. 

GOALS: Educate faculty, staff, fellows, residents and students on a variety of topics that will enhance their expertise in becoming productive clinical and translational researchers.
