Alla provides project management, customer service, and administrative support for SC CTSI’s Data Science team. Alla assists with calendar management, data request delivery, service desk management, and program policy development and implementation.

Professional Background
Alla’s professional background is centered around healthcare administration, patient care coordination, and healthcare operations. Alla’s education and professional experience has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of administrative and patient centered side of healthcare. Alla is interested in improving access to care, patient experience, and the efficiency of healthcare systems.
Alla earned her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Public Health Policy from the University of California, Irvine. During her time at UCI, Alla developed a strong foundation in public health systems, healthcare policy, population health, and the social and organizational factors that influence access to quality healthcare. She earned her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Northridge through a CAHME-accredited program. Alla’s graduate education further strengthened her knowledge of healthcare management, organizational leadership, quality improvement, and healthcare operations.

Alla enjoys hiking, cooking, taking Pilates classes, and painting pottery.
