Amy leads the team’s strategy for data architecture, tools, and methodologies. She also oversees code and design reviews, establishes standards and best practices, provides technical guidance and troubleshooting, and mentors and coaches team members.

Professional Background
Amy earned an MS in Computer Science, and a BS in Biology, both from Texas A&M. She has over two decades of experience in healthcare data and clinical research informatics, and has been with the SC CTSI team for more than decade. Prior to USC, Amy was a manager of Clinical Research Informatics on Data Quality.
Interests
Amy enjoys gardening, hiking, fishing, paper tole (turning a picture into 3D paper art).
