Operations and Special Projects Manager
SC CTSI Role
Jennifer supports SC CTSI leadership with HR, payroll and operational needs. She's responsible for HR and new hire processing including onboarding and performance evaluations, financial and payroll analysis and reports, and personnel records. She also coordinates a wide range of routine and special functions, including social events and the SC CTSI's offices and other spaces. Before joining SC CTSI, Jennifer was a business consultant with 10 years experience in project management, strategic leadership, process/productivity analysis and improvement, and problem-solving.
