Jessica supports all teams in the Innovation and Support division both operationally and scientifically. She facilitates priority setting and project management, identifies opportunities for collaboration and quality improvement, and strengthens our Translational Science capabilities and impact.

Professional Background
Jessica earned an Ed.M. in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and an undergraduate degree from Tufts University. Her career spans program management and research administration across Harvard Medical School, Harvard Catalyst, and Mass General Brigham, where she supported physician-scientist workforce development and health career education. Her research interests center on access and opportunity in academic medicine and the factors that motivate students to pursue careers in medicine and science.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking walks with her dog, reading, and traveling.
