At SC CTSI, Kim is a Clinical Research Coordinator II in the Clinical Research Support office. She supports the coordination of new and current studies in the Health Sciences Campus.

Professional Background
Kim received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University of Long Beach. Her primary research interest is in health disparities and outcomes faced by medically underserved communities and devising sustainable solutions to address these issues. In the past, she has coordinated studies on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias in Native and rural populations, children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, and community-based participatory research.
Interests
Outside of work, Kim enjoys frequenting local coffee and boba shops and spending time with family and friends.
