Dr. Boddicker-Young supports all teams in the Training and Outreach division both operationally and scientifically. She facilitates priority setting and project management, identifies opportunities for collaboration and quality improvement, and strengthens our Translational Science capabilities and impact.

Professional Background
Dr. Boddicker-Young has a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Howard University, a Master of Science in Developmental Psychology from Howard University, and a Bachelor of Science from Morgan State University. She has over 15 years of work and research experience in equitable research and evaluation practices, community engagement, and participatory research.
Interests
Dr. Boddicker-Young enjoys hanging out with her three children, reading, exercising, and traveling.
