With the theme “Medical Innovations,” the 2018 Population Health Conference is designed to foster evidence-based dialogues and actionable solutions all aimed at transforming the way health care is provided in the region. Key to our approach is the inclusion of innovators that provide tech-enabled solutions using social determinants to drive efficiencies, access to care and precision medicine to pin-point better health outcomes for highly-targeted communities.
