This 60-minute webinar explains how ExpertLens works and focuses on conducting modified-Delphi panels using ExpertLens. It will provide a brief overview of the Delphi method and modified-Delphi method and discuss how to conduct expert elicitation and stakeholder engagement panels virtually.  

Learning Objectives

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the strengths and weaknesses of the Delphi method.
  • Describe how ExpertLens works.
