Event Details

Join a virtual monthly team science community of practice:

  • To move team science concepts into practice through peer coaching and guided reflection
  • Each circle centers on real cases brought by circle members to create a space where learning becomes applied, relational, and developmental
  • Max 5-7 participants

Audience: Clinical, community, and health systems researchers starting to lead research teams (e.g., transitioning from K to R grants)

The Coaching Circle is a 1-year commitment in which you are required to:

  • Participate in at least 2 of 5 Team Science Workshops
  • Attend monthly meetings
  • Complete brief check-in surveys at the start, midpoint, and end of the program
