What you’ll learn:

  • The importance of having a shared language and vision within teams to expand participants' ability to engage in a shared vision discussion.
  • Examine how unacknowledged differences impact team dynamics and productivity.
  • Learn how to practice team reflexivity and perspective-taking.

Faculty, staff, trainees, and students are all welcome to attend. The workshop is designed to be useful to all team members.
