The workshop is designed to be useful to all team members. Faculty, staff, trainees, and students are all welcome to attend.

  • Proactively manage change in your research teams, including roles, power dynamics, and changing team members
  • Understand conflict styles and your default style, and productively address conflicts and find solutions in your teams
