Service description

Community-engaged research offers a new pathway to address the health and social needs across communities in Southern California and beyond.  Community-engaged research requires ongoing and meaningful collaboration with the population of interest. This can ensure that your research is relevant and needed in the community. The SC CTSI team offers a range of expertise to help carry out community-engaged research in a responsible and respectful manner that protects communities and provides well informed solutions to pertinent health issues.

Our entire range of services is completely free of charge, and can continue until your needs have been met.  In instances when more ongoing and hands on assistance is needed (e.g., focus group facilitation, data analysis), we can work with your team to establish a reasonable fee for service.
