Provides consultative support to address biostatistical questions, discuss methodological approaches, assess feasibility, or help investigators identify the appropriate level and type of biostatistical involvement.
Free/Credit Hours Eligibility
Initial 1-hour free consultation; maximum 15 free hours per investigator per fiscal year, including initial consultation hours. Eligible categories include SC CTSI Pilot Funding Awardees, Junior Investigators, K Awardees, T Scholars, Extramural Grant Planning, and PM516 Volunteers.
Cost
Paid after initial consultation; non-industry $125/hour; industry $150/hour; effort-based rate $128,961/year non-industry or $161,200/year industry at 100% effort.
