Digital Scholar Webinar: Social and Environmental Determinants of Health (SEDoH) in Clinical Informatics

This 60-minute session informs attendees how social and environmental factors act as determinants of patients’ health. We will discuss an approach of how to use social indicators and environmental indicators already collected to enrich patient records facilitating better understanding impacts to their health.
