Background

Dr. Albert Han is Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology--Head and Neck Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkley and completed both a PhD and medical degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He complete his residency at UCLA's Medical Center and fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. As part of his KL2 research, he will aim to define the role of cancer-associated fibroblasts in HPV+ oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma carcinogenesis and progression.
