SC CTSI Extended Deadline: Up To $50k For Individual Awards To Fund Your Research!

13 RFAs support all aspects of translational research, including career development and multidisciplinary team building. Individual awards are available for up to $50k, depending on the RFA. 

The Awards support researchers at USC and CHLA in all stages of translational research including career development, new technologies for clinical use, academic-community partnerships and multi-disciplinary team development.

Extended Deadline:  Monday, October 21, 11:59pm  The Awards will start on March 15, 2014. 

The Fall 2013 award cycle issued funds in the following categories:

  • Clinical and Translational Pilot Awards
  • Academic and Community Partnership Pilot Awards
  • Career Development Awards
  • Technology Awards
  • Team Building Incubator Grant Award

Applicants will be able to submit their applications through e-GATE, an electronic Grant Application and Tracking Environment developed by SC CTSI. 

Please note the following change to our eligibility policy. Investigators who received an award from last cycle (Spring 2013) are ineligible to serve as PI OR Co-PI on applications submitted to the Fall 2013 cycle.
