A panel on Medical Informatics on Thursday, October 20, 2011 (12-2pm) at Ronald Tutor Hall (RTH 526).

Panel members will discuss the challenges of storing, conveying, exchanging and interpreting medical and biometric information in the modern electronic age. The panel will cover a variety of aspects including medical imaging, electronic medical records as well as coping with the unexpected growth in data sets.

Panelists include: Dana Goldman, Carl Kesselman, Yan Liu, Mike Nichol, Aarti Vaishnav, and Shinyi Wu.
