We are guided by three main committees: Our External Advisory Committee (EAC) is comprised of 13 leaders from other CTSAs who review plans and share lessons learned; our Internal Advisory Committee (IAC) is comprised of institutional leaders from USC, CHLA, health systems, and the community, and helps us review impact and identify areas of opportunity. Our Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) is comprised of representatives from clinical research, community engagement, data science, education and training, and healthcare delivery science plus two members of the K12 Advisory Committee in a “hub-and-spoke” format.
